Same-sex Couples and Mediation in the European Union

Between March 2014 and August 2015 Háttér Society is implementing a research and training project entitled Litigious Love: Same-sex Couples and Mediation in the European Union in cooperation with Avvocatura per i Diritti LGBT, University of Bergamo, , Zagreb Pride and the Bulgarian Network for Human Rights Education. The aim of the project is to uncover the experiences concerning mediation of disputes involving same-sex couples, and in the second half of the project to raise the awareness of mediators to the issues affecting same-sex couples via compiling a handbook and conducting a training.
